Spring

Today is the first full day of Spring. I know, I know it doesn't look like it. Believe me! We have had some really nice days.
The new blooms are right around the corner. Until then, go grab a shovel and give me a hand. :)

What I am and what I love:

I love my Family and Friends. My husband is wonderful and love our 2 dogs. Minoux our 10 yr old Jack Russell Terrior and Mattie our 5 yr old Bulmastiff. They are so different but both great. We don't have children so far, not by choice, it's just the way it is. I always believe everything happens for a reason. Something as big as not being able to have children yet or as small as hitting all those dang red lights on your way to work.

I also LOVE Stuff!! I love photography, making jewelry, painting, knitting and reading blogs. There are several other things I like to do depending on my mood. I often feel anxious that I don't have enough time in the day. I feel anxious that I may have too much stuff or I haven't had time to search out a great find. I always feel anxious that anything I create isn't very good. But I also feel anxious when there is a great trip planned or I have lunch date with a great friend.

I'm learning to embrace anxiety. It's not all bad. I also feel the need to see the good in the world. There is so much anger and horrible events all around that it's very important to just gaze at a sunset over a field and take a deep breath. (even if the field is under 5ft of snow) There is something cleansing about it.
